从山苍子中提取柠檬醛及柠檬醛的测定研究

摘    要:采用微波辐照技术从山苍子中提取制备柠檬醛,使山苍子精油的提取率较传统的直接水蒸气蒸馏法平均提高36.5%以上。用程序升温毛细管气相色谱归一化法测定山苍子精油中的柠檬醛,获得了山苍子精油柠檬醛含量为68.56%,标准偏差为0.28%,准确性与内标法相一致,而且操作较内标法和GB11424-89法更为方便的实验结果。

Abstract:By microwave irradiation, the citral was obtained from Litea cubeba fruits, the yield was risen in average 36.5% than by traditional distillation in a curent of steam. With temperature programming, the gas chromatography determination of the components of Litea cubeba oil and citral were studied on capillary and FID, by the internal normalization. The experimental results showed that the contents and recoveries of the citral in the Litea cubeab oil were 68.5% and 100.3%, the coefficients of variation was 0.28%, and the linear correlation was 0.9997. This method is accurate as same as using acetophenone as the internal standard. This method is simpler, more accurate and better reproducibility than GB11424-89.
