| 摘 要： | 变频冰箱压缩机内部的电机采用了无位置传感器三相无刷直流电机，提出了利用反电动势过零信号来检测转子位置的方法。系统的功率驱动部分电路采用了SANKEN公司的SLA6805M智能功率模块，它集成了6个IGBT以及前置驱动，并带有过流保护以及死区时间保护，高端IGBT驱动采用自举升压方式，对自举升压的原理进行了分析。 |

| Abstract: | The motor in refrigerator compressor with inverter is sensorless three-phase brushless DC motor. The method of rotor position-detection using the hack EMF communication is proposed in this paper. In the power driver circuit,the IPM ,SLA6805M released by SANKEN Company is applied. It integrates six IGBTs with pre- drive and has overcurrent protection as well as dead-time protection. The high-side drive of IGBTs uses bootstrap mode which is analyzed in this paper. |
