妇科肿瘤患者常见感染的病原体及药敏分析

摘    要:目的:了解妇科肿瘤住院患者感染的菌群分布及耐药特点。方法:分析1997年-2001年妇科肿瘤住院患者送检标本中细胞种类和耐药情况。结果:131例病例中,93例有2-4种易感因素。共获得209个菌株,其中G^ 菌,G^-菌各16种,真菌10种。常见的菌有表面葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、大肠埃希氏菌和热带念珠球菌。无论阳性球菌还是阴性杆菌,都有较高的耐药率(50%-100%)。结论:妇科肿瘤患者有许多易感因素,菌种多,耐药严重,应合理应用抗菌素,以免造成严重后果。

Abstract:To evaluate bacteriological spectrum of infection and its characteristics of antibiotic resistance in hospitalized gynecologic tumor patients.The strains from clinical samples of gynecologic tumor patients admitted from 1997 to 2001 and their resistance to antimicrobial agents were analysed.There were 93 patients with 2 to 4 susceplitility factors among 131 patients.Two hundred and nine strains were isolated from 131 samples.There were 42 bacterial types including 16 gram positive bactesia 16 gram negtive bactesia and 10 fungus.Straphylococcus epidermis,staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus faecalis,colibacillus and candida tropicale were more frequently seen.The strains whether gram positive bacteria or gram negtive bacteria showed high resistance rate to varried antibacterial agents(50% to 100%).Conclusions]Gynecologic tumor patients have many susceptibility factors.Many microbial may cause infection.Clinical resistence to antimicrobial agents is serious.Rational antimicrobial agents should be used to reduce serious consequences.
