| 摘 要： | 建立以科学研究为主导的导师负责制,实行与科学研究紧密联系的导师资助制,是我国研究生教育培养模式改革的目标.在我国实行导师资助制的研究生培养模式,主要是由我国高等教育大众化发展的外在影响、创新型人才培养的内在要求和研究生教育的准公共产品属性3个因素决定的.要实行导师资助制,应首先解决好资助经费的来源及配置、确定资助对象和建立新型师生关系等3个方面的问题.

| Abstract: | The goal of reform in Chinese graduate education is to set up the tutor-responsible system in scientific research and to apply the tutor-subsidizing system closely related with scientific research.The practice of tutor-subsidizing system in graduate education depends on the three factors: the external effects of the development of popularization of higher education in China,the internal demands of innovative talent cultivation,and the attributes of semi public product of graduate education.To implement Tutor-subsidizing system,three problems must be solved in the first place: source and distribution of funds,graduates to be subsidized,and new tutor-graduate relationship. |
