单层球面网壳的优化设计

摘    要:提出了针对单层球面网壳结构的一种优化设计方法,它是一种以网壳的总造价为目标函数,取网壳的网格数、矢高、杆件截面面积和节点体积作为优化设计变量,采取直接搜索法与准则法相结合的优化设计方法.基于用Fortran90软件编制的优化设计程序,对单层球面网壳结构进行了大量的计算,用回归分析得出网壳最优网格数、矢高、杆件截面面积和节点体积,同时使杆件面积规格化,以便直接用于实际工程.

Abstract:A new kind of optimum design of single-layer spherical shells is introduced.Taking the overall cost as the objective function,this optimum design is performed by the combination of the direct searching method and the criterion method.Based on the optimum design program with Fortran90 language,large quantities of single-layer spherical shell are analyzed.By the regress analysis,some optimal conclusions of the vector height,the number of lattice,the area of bar cross-section and the volume of glob joint are obtained and the cross-section of the bar is standardized to be applied directly to practical engineering.
