| 摘 要： | 开发了环形加热炉在线优化控制系统。该系统由在线运行的物料跟踪、温度跟踪和炉温优化设定等功能模块组成，以满足生产产量和产品质量为前提，以燃耗和氧化烧损最低为目标，通过离线研究，得到了适应生产节奏、管坯长度和材质变化的优化炉温制度，并在实际应用中取得了良好的控制效果。

| Abstract: | An on line optimum control system for rotary reheating furnace, which consists of function modules for materials tracking, temperature tracking and optimum furnace temperature setting,is developed. In order to reduce fuel consumption and oxide loss based on the best quality and quantity demand, the optimum furnace temperature system adapted to production rhythm, length of tube rounds and change of materials is obtained through off line simulation and good control result has been achieved in practical application. |
