FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌37例疗效分析

目的]评价FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期大肠癌的疗效和不良反应。方法]草酸铂（L-OHP）85mg／m。静脉滴入，第1天；甲酰四氢叶酸（CF）200mg／m^2，静滴2h，第1、2天；CF后5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）400mg／m^2快速静脉滴入，继以5-FU600mg／m^2持续静脉滴入22h，第1、2天，2周重复，4周为1个周期。结果]全组CR1例，PR10例，SD17例，PD9例，总有效率29．7％，初治有效率38．1％，复治有效率18．8％。主要不良反应为消化道反应及外周神经毒性。结论]FOLFOX4是安全、有效，毒性可耐受的治疗晚期大肠癌的化疗方案，对初治患者效果优于复治患者。

FOLFOX4 combination chemotherapy in treatment of advanced colorectal carcinoma

Objective] To evaluate the effectiveness and toxicity of oxaliplatin fluoriouracil and folinic acid combination chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma and colorectal carcinoma.Methods] All cases received oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2as a 2-hour infusion on day 1 and 2-hour infusion of LV 200 mg/m2 followed by a 5-FU bolus 400 mg/m2 and 22-hour infusion 600 mg/m2 for 2 consecutive days every 2 weeks.The regiment was repeated every 28 days.Results] There were 1 CR,10 PR,17 SD and 9 PD in the gr...
