An Effective and Simple Method for Total RNA Extraction from Rhizobium

An effective and simple method for total RNA extraction from rhizobium was described in this paper. The method had the acquirement of high RNA yields and was less expensive than other methods previously described. The extracted RNA was suitable for applications such as RT-PCR, Northern blot hybridization. This method also had practical and repeatable features. RNA extracted by this method could not be polluted by DNA and could meet the demands of gene cloning and gene expression. Comparing to the previous methods, it was simple, fast, high purity and good integrate ion and was worthy to be used widely.
