羊绒纤维控湿性能改善技术的研究

摘    要:羊绒由于其特殊的结构,决定了其在不同的温度和湿度条件下容易吸湿和放湿,最终造成羊绒质量稳定性差,本次实验就是为了减小其质量随着温度和湿度的改变而改变的幅度,减少羊绒在运输过程中的质量损失,增强其质量稳定性。实验通过改变助剂的用量,改变助剂处理温度及处理时间,以及调节湿度等来检测对羊绒处理过后的控湿效果。实验的目的是在不影响羊绒纤维的手感和强力、强度的基础上改善羊绒纤维的回潮率和控湿效果。

Abstract:Cashmere because of its special structure,determined its easy moisture absorption and desorption at different temperature and humidity,finally result in its poor stability,this exploration experiment is to reduce the extent of quality changes along with the temperature and humidity changes,reduce the mass loss of cashmere during transportation,and enhance its quality stability.The auxiliaries we used in this experiment is self-made,we mainly detect the humidity controlling spinning of cashmere after treatment using auxiliary through changes in their dosage,changing the treatment temperature and processing time of auxiliary,and adjust humidity.The purpose of this experiment is to improve moisture regain,humidity controlling effect of cashmere fiber on the bases of not affect the feel of cashmere fiber,strengthl and the intensity of cashmere fiber.
