生球干燥过程及其数学模型

摘    要:本文探讨了生球干燥过程,发现干燥速度与时间的关系曲线呈“双峰”状和“过渡”状等现象,分析了这种现象的原因,在此基础上,综合考虑了生球干燥过程的物质平衡和能量平衡,建立了生球干燥的全过程模型,实验证明该模型能很好地描述生球干燥的全过程。

Abstract:Process of drying green pellet, the first operation of iron ore pellet calcination, has been investigated. The plot of drying rate vs time was newly found as "two-peak type" and "transition-type". On the basis of the mass balance and energy conversion, a mathematical model for the whole drying process was proposed. It is believed to be in fair agreement with experiment.
