| 摘 要： | 目的研究糖智宁（TZN）胶囊对四氧嘧啶所致高血糖小鼠血糖的影响、方法以正常小鼠作为正常对照组，将四氧嘧啶诱导成功的糖尿病小鼠随机分为模型对照组，二甲双胍组，糖智宁胶囊大、中、小剂量组，给药20d后．测定小鼠血糖水平。结果糖智宁胶囊小、中剂量有较强的降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖的作用。结论糖智宁胶囊具有较好的降血糖的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective Study the effects of Tangzhining capsule （TZN capsule ） on blood glucose levels in diabetic model rats by Alloxan. Method There are diabetic animal model induced by alloxan and the normal rats. After taken the drugs orally 20 days, the blood glucose levels of each rat was determined. Results TZN capsule has better therapeutical action on diabetes mice induced by alloxan, and could significantly fall the blood glucose level of normal mice. Conclusion TZN capsule was shown to have a good hypoglycemic effect in mice. |
