光动力疗法治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣的疗效观察及护理体会

目的：探讨光动力疗法治疗男性尿道尖锐湿疣的疗效及护理。方法：63例男性尿道尖锐湿疣患者均应用光动力疗法治疗，按照护理方式的不同分为干预组（32例）和对照组（31例），观察两组的疗效、不良反应和复发率。结果：干预组患者的缓解率为93．75％，略高于对照组的87．10％，两组间的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。干预组共有4例出现不良反应，明显低于对照组的9例（P〈0．05）。干预组患者复发共有2例（6．67％），而对照组共有6例（22．22％），两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：光动力疗法治疗男性尖锐湿疣具有较好的治疗效果，而系统的护理干预能够降低不良反应和复发率。

Curative effect of photodynamic therapy for male urethra condyloma acuminatum

Objectives： To study the curative effect and nursing of photodynamic therapy for male urethra eondyloma aeuminatum. Methods： 63 cases of male urethral condyloma aeuminatum that had been treated with pho- todynamic therapy were divided into the intervention group （32 cases） and control group （31 eases） according to the way of nursing care. The eurative effect, adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the two groups were com- pared. Results： The remission rate of the intervention group and control group was 93.75% and 87.10% respec- tively, without statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. A total of 4 cases had adverse reactions in the inter- vention group, which was significnatly lower than the control group of 9 eases （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were 2 relapse ea- ses in the intervention group （6.67%）, while 6 eases （22.22%） in the control group; the difference was statisti- cally signifieant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Photodynamic therapy has good curative effect in the treatment of male genital warts, and systematic nursing intervention can reduce adverse reaetion and recurrence rate.
