综合性护理干预在面部外伤整形美容缝合中的应用效果

探讨在面部外伤整形美容缝合患者的护理中应用综合性护理的效果。方法 选取2022年 1月-12月我院收治的68例面部外伤整形美容患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组， 每组34例。对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予综合性护理干预，比较两组治疗依从性、负性情绪评分、 感染率、瘢痕率及愈合率。结果 研究组治疗依从性为94.12%，高于对照组的73.53%，差异有统计学意义 （P ＜0.05）；研究组护理后HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；研究组 感染率、瘢痕率均低于对照组，愈合率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 综合性护理干 预在面部外伤整形美容缝合中的应用效果确切，可有效提高患者的治疗依从性，缓解其负性情绪，有利于 降低感染及瘢痕发生几率，促进伤口愈合。

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Cosmetic Suture of Facial Trauma

To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with facial trauma cosmetic suture. Methods A total of 68 patients with facial trauma plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, negative emotion evaluation score, infection rate, scar rate and healing rate were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment compliance of the study group was 94.12%, which was higher than 73.53% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The infection rate and scar rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the healing rate was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in cosmetic suture of facial trauma is effective, which can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients, alleviate their negative emotions, reduce the incidence of infection and scar, and promote wound healing.
