摘    要:零齿差机构的突出问题是齿轮的干涉与强度。在导出避免干涉的条件后,建立新的强度公式,给出各项检验指标,并提出切齿过程中保证精度的具体措施。

Abstract:The most prominent problem in Zero Difference Type Output Mechanism (ZTD) is the problem of interference and strength between teeth. In this research,conditions of avoiding interference are derived,brand-new formulas are set up,various test indicators are given and concrete measurements as to guaranteeing accuracy in cutting tooth are offered.
