球磨法制备SnO_2/石墨复合材料及其电化学性能

摘    要:利用球磨法制备了氧化锡(SnO2)/石墨复合材料,采用场发射扫面电镜、X射线衍射和比表面积对样品进行表征,结果显示,SnO2颗粒包裹在石墨片层上,SnO2/石墨复合材料的比表面积为83.90 m2/g。电化学测试结果表明,球磨法制备的SnO2/石墨复合材料首次放、充电容量分别为1 749mA h/g和1 346 mA h/g,在50 mA/g,100 mA/g和500 mA/g电流密度下,循环40次后,该电极可逆放电容量仍然高达432 mA h/g。

Abstract:SnO2/graphite composite materials were prepared by a milling process.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and BET surface area measurement,respectively.The results show that SnO2 wraps in graphite layer and the specific surface area of the material is 80.90 m2/g.The initial discharge-charge capacity of the material can reach 1 749 mA h/g and 1 346 mA h/g,respectively,and the discharge capacity is 432 mA h/g after 40 cycles at the current density of 50 mA/g,100 mA/g and 500 mA/g.
