| 摘 要： | 分析总结了山东省节水灌溉取得的成就、面临的形势与存在的问题，提出了改革管理体制和运行机制、推行农业节水奖惩机制、多渠道融资、发展非充分灌溉与调亏灌溉、发展设施农业、重视中低产田节水灌溉、扶持节水灌溉设备产业化等一系列加快山东省节水灌溉发展的措施。

| Abstract: | The pager analyzed and summarized the achievements, present situation and problems of water saving irrigation in Shandong Province and also . Put forward a series of countermeasures which accelerate the development of water saving irrigation in Shandong Province such as reforming Management System and operation mechanism, practicing agriculture water saving encouragement--punishment mechanism, multi--channels financing, developing unsufficient irrigation and regulated deficit irrigation, developing unsufficient irrigation and regulated deficit irrigation, developing protected agriculture, considering water saving irrigation in middle--and--lower yield fields and emphasizing industrialization of water saving irrigation equipment. |
