浅谈国内外埋地管线外防护层修复的材料选择及应用

国外经较长时间的开发和应用,对旧管线修复的防护层材料选用,修复工艺等均有一些基本规定,近几年我国在此方面也开展了不少研究和应用。本文重点介绍目前国内外对埋地管道外防护层修复材料的选择原则,部分修复材料特性及相关修复工艺的研究和应用。

SELECTION AND APPLICATION OF THE MATERIALS FOR REPAIR OR REHABILITATION OF THE EXTERNAL COATINGS ON BURIED STEEL PIPELINES

With the development of petroleum industry in China, aging and corrosion of pipelines become obvious. So the repair or rehabilitation of the external coatings on buried steel pipelines become a "hotspot" in corrosion control technology of petroleum industry. After exploitation and application for a relatively long time, some foreign companies have put forward some regulations for coating selection and techniques for repair and rehabilitation of the external coatings on buried steel pipelines. Some research and application in this field have also been developed in China. This paper introduces the achievements in recent research and application for repair or rehabilitation of the external coatings on buried steel pipelines at home and abroad, such as principle of coatings selection, material characteristics and applied technology.
