摘    要:以乙酸和异戊醇为原料合成乙酸异戊酯,首次选用固体NaHSO4·H2O作催化剂通过不同的反应时间、不同用量的催化剂、不同酸醇比等对合成乙酸异戊酯的影响,找到最佳反应条件.实验成果表明,采用NaHSO4·H2O作催化剂较传统浓硫酸催化剂合成法具有缩短酯化时间、催化效率高、酯的产率较高、对环境污染较小的优点.

Abstract:Iso-Amyl acetate was composed with Acetic acid and iso-Amyl alcohol used as starting materials, choosing sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst. We first studied different conditions which affect the composition of ester, such as, different reaction time, different quantity of catalyst and different rate of acid and alcohol. We found an optimum reaction condition. Results from experiments indicate, compared with the traditional method of dense sulfuric acid catalysis, sodium hydrogen sulfate is used as catalyst which has more advantages, such as, it had shorter reaction time, higher catalytic efficiency and higher product yield,and it had less pollution to our environment and so on.
