一步法合成松香改性壬基酚醛树脂的研究

摘    要:通过一步法工艺由松香、壬基酚、顺丁烯二酸酐、固体甲醛、季戊四醇等合成松香改性壬基酚醛树脂,考察了不同组分、配比对树脂黏度、软化点、正庚烷值的影响,确定了最佳组分、配比和工艺条件:壬基酚、固体甲醛总用量为反应物投入总量的35%,壬基酚、固体甲醛摩尔比固定为1∶2,松香与多元醇摩尔比固定为1∶0.98,顺丁烯二酸酐用量为3%,多元醇为季戊四醇,催化剂为分步加入.

Abstract:Rosin modified nonylphenolic resin was synthesized from rosin, maleic anhydride, nonylphenolic and solid formaldehyde, pentaerythritol as raw materials in the presence of magnesium oxide and zine oxide by one-step method. The optimum composition of rosin modified nonylphenolic resin was determined as follows: the contents of maleic anhydride and nonylphenolic, formaldehyde were 3 % and 35 % respectively. The molar ratio of nonylphenolie to formaldehyde and rosin to pentaerythritol were 1 : 2 and 1 : 0.98 respectively. The effects of maleic anhydride amount, nonylphenolic and formaldehyde amount and polyol kinds on the properties such as viscosity, solubility and softening point were examined.
