摘    要:通过改变催化剂粒度,改变了催化剂的内扩散阻力,从初试实验和放大试验研究内扩散阻力对催化剂活性的影响。考察了小于40目、(40~80)目和大于80目催化剂对正辛硫醇和正十二硫醇的催化活性,并考察(4~8)目和(6~12)目活性炭制备的催化剂对加氢重汽油的催化活性。结果表明,不同粒度的催化剂对硫醇具有不同催化活性,小粒度催化剂对硫醇分子具有更高的催化活性,硫醇在催化剂内部扩散过程中存在内扩散阻力,减小催化剂粒度可以改善内扩散阻力的影响,提高催化剂催化活性。

Abstract:By changing the particle size of the catalyst, the diffusion resistance of the catalyst was changed. The effect of inner diffusion resistance on the catalyst activity was analyzed in the preliminary experiments and the scale-up experiments, respectively. The catalytic activity of the catalysts with particle size of less than 40 mesh, (40 - 80) mesh and more than 80 mesh for removal of n-octyl mercaptan and n-dodecyl mercaptan and the catalysts prepared with (4 -8) mesh and (6 -12) mesh activated carbon for the hydrogenated gasoline were investigated. The experimental results showed that the catalysts with different particle sizes possessed different catalytic activity for thiol, and the catalyst with small particle size exhibited higher catalytic activity than the catalyst with large particle size. Diffusion of thiols in the pore channels of the catalyst was affected by the inner diffusion resistance. The inner diffusion resistance was reduced and the catalyst activity was enhanced by decreasing the particle size of the catalyst.
