| 摘 要： | 拉式生产是采用订单生产的方式，这样可以有效地减少仓储的成本。但是订单的不确定性给企业的生产带来了新的问题——企业如何确定自己的生产能力？文中通过对订单分析，并结合企业效益以及潜在损失来确定企业的生产能力，并进一步分析了生产人员的需求。

| Abstract: | Storage didn＇t create any profit, so it was thought to be a kind of waste. One of the best ways to solve this problem is pull product method. It produeed by order form. But order form＇s indeterminacy brought new problem-how to make sure its produeed capacity of the company？ This paper analyzed the relationship between order form disciplinarian and company profit to make sure the human resource requirement. |
