益气活血补肾为主治疗糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白临床研究

目的]在常规治疗的基础上,观察益气活血补肾中药对糖尿病肾病尿微量白蛋白的临床疗效。方法]将75例糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期病人,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予药物或胰岛素控制血糖,服用糖适平、ACEI或ARB、阿司匹林治疗尿微量白蛋白。治疗组在应用药物或胰岛素控制血糖的基础上,给予自拟中药汤剂益气活血补肾方,根据临床辨证,观察疗效。应用2个月,比较两组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白、血糖、血脂及肾功能情况。结果]治疗前后病人血糖、血脂及肾功能未见明显改变。治疗前后尿微量白蛋白两组均有明显改善,且治疗组尿微量白蛋白下降更明显,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]益气活血补肾方对糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期尿微量白蛋白具有较好的疗效,优于单纯西药组,具有临床推广价值。

Yiqihuoxue Tonifying Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy Clinical Study of Microalbuminuria

Objective] In the conventional treatment based on, observed Yiqihuoxue Tonifying traditional chinese herbs on diabetic nephropathy microalbuminuria cancer. Method]75 patients with diabetic nephropathy stage m patients, Randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group was given drugs or insulin to control blood sugar, taking Gliquidon, ACEI or ARB, aspirin treatment of urinary albumin. Treatment group in the application of drugs or insulin to control blood sugar based on the decoction of chinese medicine for self Yiqihuoxue kidney side, according to the clinical syndrome, effects were observed. Application of 2 months, were compared before and after treatment of urinary albumin, blood glucose, blood lipids and renal function situation. Results] Before and after treatment the patients blood glucose, blood lipids and renal func- tion did not change significantly. Microalbuminuria before and after treatment both groups improved significandy, and the treatment of urinary albumin was more obvious between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] Yiqihuoxue Tonifying Ⅲ diabetic kidney side of urinary albumin with good effect, better than western medicine group, with clinical value.
