摘    要:本文对薄壁铝内衬芳纶纤维缠绕复合材料高压气瓶的设计、工艺制作、试验进行了研究,针对芳纶复合材料低层间剪切强度、易吸潮及高温条件下强度损失大的特点,研究一种高层间剪切强度、耐高温的树脂体系,并对该树脂体系的工艺进行研究,并进行了大量的试验验证,从而得出芳纶纤维缠绕金属内衬复合材料高压气瓶的设计方法和工艺制作方法。同时对金属内衬复合材料高压气瓶的疲劳和早期渗漏进行研究。

Abstract:This paper studies the design,process and test of aramid filament wound thin wall high pressure vessel with aluminum liner.In view of low interlaminar shear strength,easy absorption of moisture and big loss of strength at high temperature of Aramid Composites,a resin system with high shear strength and high temperature resistance is developed.After a large number of tests on the resin system have been conducted,the design and process methods,fatigue and early seepage for filament wound thin high pressure composites vessel with metal liner are studied and obtained.
