连续挤压机底座强度分析及轻量化设计

摘    要:连续挤压机底座是连续挤压机的主要构件,通过Pro/E建立其三维几何模型,然后导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元静力结构分析,掌握底座在多工况条件下应力分布及变形情况。在模拟结果的基础上,提出结构改进方案,在满足强度和刚度条件下尽可能去除冗余结构,减轻底座的重量,再利用ANSYS Workbench优化模块对结构改进后的底座进行优化设计,进一步减轻底座重量,得到轻量化设计的底座。

Abstract:Base frame is the main structure of the continuous extrusion machine, established 3D geometric model by using Pro/E, imported into ANSYS Workbench and conducted finite static structural analysis to master itis stress and displacement distribution under multi-operating mode conditions. On the base of simulationis result, solution of structural modification was put forward and removed the unnecessary structure to mitigate the weight of base frame under the condition of satisfying strength and stiffness, then lightening designed with Exploration module of ANSYS Workbench to further reduce the base frame's weight to obtain the lighting design base frame.
