落实公共交通设施用地策略研究

城市公共交通设施用地优先在公交发展“四优先”的发展政策中居于首位,落实公共交通设施用地是实现公共交通优先发展战略的关键。本文首先明确公共交通设施用地的概念,分析公共交通设施用地落实面临的问题,从规划、供地、管理、立法四个方面提出落实用地的可操作性策略和方法,以推动公共交通快速发展。

LAND STRATEGY OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES

The priority of public transportation facilities land takes the premier place in the national “four priorities” development policy. The implementation of public transportation facilities land is the key to realize the priority development strategy of public transportation system. In this paper, the author analyzes the concept of public transportation facilities and the problem in the implementation. Then the operable strategies are presented from the aspects of planning, land supply, administration and legislation.
