MR成像诊断疲劳骨折

摘    要:目的分析MRI对于疲劳骨折的诊断价值.方法搜集16例经随访证实的疲劳骨折,其中男9例,女7例,年龄16~44岁,均接受MR扫描及普通X线检查,7例接受CT检查.结果与传统X线及CT比较,MRI可显示疲劳骨折的骨折线,且能显示其相对早期改变,提供更多的诊断信息.结论 MRI有助于疲劳骨折的早期诊断及鉴别诊断.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of MRI in diagnosis of fatigue fracture. Methods MR images of 16 patients with fatigue fracture (9 men, 7 women, aged 16-44 years) were analyzed. Results Compared with conventional radiographs and CT examinations, MRI could not only show fracture lines, but also reveal relatively early changes and more informations of fatigue fracture. Conclusion MRI provides a more worthful method for clinical diagnosis of fatigue fracture. Recognition of MRI features is helpful to early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of fatigue fracture.
