大黄中总蒽醌含量提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究中药大黄总蒽醌的最佳醇提工艺。本文采用乙醇回流提取法,以大黄中总蒽醌含量为考察指标,通过温度、浓度、固液比梯度实验,采用单因素考察得出较适提取大黄中总蒽醌成分的工艺条件为:大黄中总蒽醌含量的提取工艺为:乙醇浓度70%,提取温度70℃,提取时间1 h,固液比1∶20。

Study on Extracting Technology of Total Anthraquinones in Rhubarb

Abstract:The optimum alcohol Rhubarb Anthraquinones extraction process was studied. Ethanol extraction method with rhubarb anthraquinone content of the indexes, by temperature, concentration, ratio gradient experiments using single factor derived more suitable extraction conditions rhubarb anthraquinone components were that rhubarb extraction of total anthraquinone content was 70% ethanol, extraction temperature 70 ℃, extraction time 1 h, and solid - liquid ratio of 1:20.
