水性飞机脱漆剂的研究

摘    要:主要讲述了以二氯甲烷作为水性飞机脱漆剂的主溶剂,通过单因素实验及正交试验得到脱漆剂的最佳配方工艺。通过全浸失重、脱漆剂失重等实验对其脱漆效率、腐蚀性及挥发性等进行性能表征检测。测试效果表明,该脱漆剂的脱漆效率能达到95.0%,腐蚀速率为4.76×10-6g/(m2·min),挥发速率为7.20 g/(m2·min)。

Abstract:A water -based paint remover of plane was introduced with dichloromethane as solvent.The best technique of paint remover was verified through single factor experiments and orthogonal test.Performance characterization tests on the efficiency of the paint , corrosive and volatile were through full immersion in weightlessness , paint remover weightlessness tests.Test results showed that the paint remover to take off the lacquer efficiency could reach 95.0%, the corrosion rate was 4.76 ×10 -6 g/( m2 ·min) , and the volatilization rate was 7.20 g/( m2 · min).
