Fe_3O_4磁性纳米微粒的制备及药物缓释性能的研究

摘    要:采用水热法制备了Fe3O4磁性纳米微粒,采用FTIR、XRD和SEM等技术对样品的粒径、晶体结构和形貌进行了表征,选用盐酸多西环素为模型药物,研究了不同药物浓度条件下Fe3O4磁性纳米微粒的吸附性能以及不同pH条件下的药物释放行为。结果表明:Fe3O4磁性纳米微粒在药物浓度0.1 g/L时,对药物吸附率高,达到46.2%,pH=3时药物缓释性能佳。

Preparation and Drug Release Property of Fe3O4Magnetic Nanoparticles

Abstract:Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method. The particle size, crystal structure and morphology were investigated by FTIR, XRD, and SEM techniques. Doxycycline hydrochloride was chosen as a model drug to investigate the adsorption property and the drug release behavior of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles at different drug concentrations and different pH values, respectively. The results revealed that the size range of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles was between 40 and 60 nm, and Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles in 0. 1 giL drug concentration had the highest adsorption rate of 46.2%. The best release performance of nanoparticles was at pH value of 3.
