高校实验室易制毒化学品安全管理探索

高校实验室易制毒化学品种类较多,接触与使用人员范围广、层次多,给安全管理带来一定难度。结合我校化学品管理的要求,建立了采购方、供货方、公安机关三方共享网络资源信息,实现审批网络信息化管理机制。同时规范我校易制毒化学品管理档案,对现存危险化学品的种类、增减余数量、危险等级、领取人、保管人、存放地点、存放方式等信息建立信息库,实行责任到人,极大的增强了实验教师与学生的责任意识,教师与学生从单一的被管理对象变成监管的主动参与者,实现了全员参与管理的新模式。

The Exploration of Safety Management of Precursor Chemicals in University Laboratory

Precursor chemicals were used more and more frequently in university laboratory for the experiment of education and science research. With widely used by range of students and teachers, safety management encountered great difficulty. The chemicals management required the laboratory manager to establish the information sharing system including source purchaser, supplier and the public security. The system made the information management went through electronic and standardization via network and automated. The information base was built by system of the types, quantity, risk level, user, holder, location, storage fashion of precursor chemicals and implemented the responsibility to the certain people. Various means enhanced the responsibility consciousness of experimental teacher and students and can be turned to active participants in supervision from a single managed objector.
