肾素血管紧张素系统基因多态性与过敏性紫癜肾炎的相关性分析

目的:探讨肾素血管紧张素系统基因多态性与过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)的相关性。方法:选择临床确诊的67例HSPN患儿(HSPN组),正常对照儿童60例(对照组),通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)、血管紧张素原(AGT)基因和血管紧张素受体型(ATIR)多态性。结果:ACE,AGT,ATIR基因型构成比在HSPN组与对照组之间差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别为7.293,15.85,8.234,P<0.05)。结论:肾素血管紧张素系统基因多态性可能与HSPN的发病有关。HSPN组患儿中ACE基因中D基因型表现有蛋白尿、血尿的频率明显高于对照组,但AGT,ATIR基因多态性与HSPN患儿的临床表现、血尿、蛋白尿无明显关联性。

Correlation analysis of renin-angiotensin system gene polymorphisms and henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis

Objective:To discuss the correlation analysis of renin-angiotensin system gene polymorphisms and henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN).Methods:To choose 67 children who are diagnosed to get HSPN,and 60 children who are normal for comparing;and detecting angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE),angiotensinogen(AGT) gene and angiotensin Ⅱ receptor type Ⅰ(ATIR) polymorphism by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results:ACE,AGT,ATIR genotypes constituent ratio has statistical significance(χ2=7.293,15.850,8.234,P<0.05) to the difference between the HSPN group and the control group.Conclusion:The renin-angiotensin system gene polymorphisms may be correlated with the pathogenesis of HSPN.In the children with HSPN,the D genotype in the ACE gene manifests the frequency of proteinuria and hematuria was significantly higher than that of the control group,but AGT and ATIR gene polymorphism has no significant correlation with the clinical manifestations of hematuria and proteinuria of the children with HSPN.
