深冷处理对W9Mo3Cr4V刀具耐磨性能影响的研究

摘    要:采用微机控制的刀具深冷处理装置对W9Mo3Cr4V高速钢成品刀具进行深冷处理研究。对深冷处理后的刀具和未经深冷处理的刀具在硬度、耐用度及金相显微结构方面进行了实验对比。结果表明,深冷处理可以改变高速钢刀具材料的微观组织结构,并在一定程度上提高刀具材料的硬度,增强刀具材料的耐磨损性能。分析了产生这种变化的机理。

Abstract:In the paper, HSS(W9Mo3Cr4V) cutting tools treated in an ultra-low temperature equipment controlled by computer were studied. Wear resistance and hardness of the treated tools were compared with that of the untreated ones,in the meantime, their microstructure changes were also studied. The results show that deep cryogenic treatment can improve microstructure and increase hardness of the cutting tools,and enhances their wear resistance. Finally, the changing mechanism is analyzed.
