摘    要:摘要:目的:研究寒性中药知母对虚热模型大鼠肝脏组织三磷酸腺苷(ATP)酶活性的影响。方法:采用附子、肉桂和干姜各等份的水煎剂给大鼠灌胃14天制备虚热证模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型组和知母治疗组,治疗组灌胃给予知母1.08g/kg,每天1次,连续7天。治疗结束后,采用分光光度法检测大鼠肝匀浆液中的Na’-K’-ATP酶和ca2’-Mg2 帅酶活力。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型组大鼠肝组织Na’-K’-ATP酶和can—Mg2’-ATP酶活力活力明显增高(P〈0.05);与模型组相比,治疗组大鼠肝组织Na’-K’-J册酶和Ca2’-Mg2’-ATP酶活力活力明显增高(P〈0.05),均具有显著性差异。结论:ATP酶活性增高可能是造成虚热证的原因之-,而知母能降低虚热证大鼠肝组织ATP酶活性,有利于虚热证大鼠的物质能量代谢恢复,可能是其治疗虚热证的作用机制之-。

Effect of Common Anemarrhena of Liver Tissue ATPase Activity on Deficient Heat Syndrome Model Rats

Abstract:Objective : To study common anemarrhena of liver tissue ATPase activity on deficient heat syndrome model rats. Methods:Use the water decoction aconite, cinnamon and ginger each equal parts to rats by gavage for 14 days preparing deficiency heat syndrome model, and were randomly divided into blank control group, model group and rhizoma anemarrhenae group, gavage of 1.08g/kg dose, one time a day, for seven consecu- tive days. After the end of treatment, spectrophotometric method was used to detect rat liver homogenate Na ~ - K ~ - ATP and Ca2 ~ - Mg2 ~ - ATP enzyme activity. Results : Compared with the blank control group, in model group rats liver tissues Na ~ -K~ -ATP and Ca2~ -Mg2~ -ATP enzyme activities were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 ) ; compared with the model group, liver tissues in rats of Na ~ - K ~ - ATP group and Ca2 ~ - Mg2 ~ - ATP enzyme activities were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ), which had significant differences. Conclu- sion:Increased ATP activity may be one cause of the deficiency heat syndrome, and it can reduce the false heat ATP activity in liver tissue of rats with experiment, with substance and energy metabolism in rats to defi- cient heat recovery, which may be the mechanism of therapeutic effect on asthenia heat syndrome.
