| 摘 要： | 根据奎屯市水资源开发利用现状和供需分析结果,目前奎屯市区域水资源供需基本平衡,可供能力大于需水要求.构建了“第一级目标层指数-第二级分类层指标-第三级指标层变量”三级节水技术指标体系.为了满足奎屯市区域经济可持续发展的需要,应在分析区域水资源承载能力的基础上,调整用水政策、调整产业结构、提倡节约用水.
