| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小切口非超乳白内障摘出术在外伤性白内障手术中的疗效与优点。方法24例（24眼）手术均采用小切口非超乳白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术。结果24例手术均顺利完成，术后4周矫正视力≥0．8者9眼，0．4～0．6者7眼，0．1～0．3者5眼，小于0．1者3眼。结论小切口非超乳白内障摘出术在外伤性白内障手术中是一种简便、安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the surgical results of small incision cataract extraction in traumatic cataract. Methods 24 cases of traumatic cataract received small incision cataract extraction and IOLs implantation. Results 24 cases succeeded all.Four weeks after surgery,the best corrected visual acuity was as follows:9 eyes better than 0.8,7 eyes were 0.4-0.6,5 eyes were 0.1-0.3,3 eyes lower than 0.1. Conclusions Small incision cataract extraction is safe,effective and convenient for traumatic cataract. |
