无上直肌固定缝线的人工晶状体植入术

目的探讨在无上直肌固定缝线的情况下行人工晶状体植入术。方法对30例白内障搞出联合人工晶状体植入者，除不做上直肌固定缝线外，其余操作均按常规手术步骤进行。结果全部病例手术前后睑裂宽度无任何差异，无术后睑下垂。眼球向各方位活动自如，无运动障碍。手术在10～20min内完成。结论对于那些睑裂能够开大到使术野暴露、足以完成手术的患者，完全可以在无上直肌缝线固定缝线的情况下顺利地完成手术。

Intraocular lens implantation without the fixed suture of superior rectus

Objective TO probe intraocular lens implantation without the fixed suture of superior rectus. Methods Cataract extraction with intraocular lens implatnation was performed without the fixed suture of superior rectus on thirty eyes. Results The palpebral fissure widths were the same preoperatively and postopertively. No blepharoptosis occured. The eyeball could move freely. The surgery could be finished in ten to twenty minutes. Conclusion The operation can be performed successfully without the fixed suture of superior rectus on the patients whose palpebral fissure can be opened widely enough to expose the operational scope.
