| 摘 要： | 企业国际化是当今我国主要发展方向之一，本文首先总结分析了工业企业对外投资主要特主这些特征的形成原因。在掌握了我国工业企业国际化面临的环境条件的情况下，就国际化经营进入方式的决策问题进行了系统研究，提出一套结合我国现阶段实际的决策模式和模型，使决策过程系统化。

| Abstract: | Today internationalization of managemant is a new developments of chinese enterprises, The mainfeatures of direct investment to over sea of domestic industry enterprises are summarized and analiesedat the beginning of the paper. In the condition of understanding the international management enviro-rnent of domestic industry enterprises. We systimatically studied the dicision problems on enter mannerof international management and develop a set of decision models that fit the present actualities of do-mestic enterprises. |
