摘    要:长江上游是我国著名的滑坡危险区、泥石流易发区,滑坡、泥石流具有突发性和瞬时性的特征,危害巨大。长江上游水土保持重点防治区滑坡泥石流监测预警系统(简称预警系统)监控面积达11.34万km2,是全国覆盖面最广、规模最大的山地灾害监控网络,预警系统对于有效降低长江上游水土保持重点防治区滑坡泥石流灾害程度起到积极作用。为提高预警系统管理水平,达到科学监测、预警及时、规范管理,实现监测数据和成果的远程准确上报、快速查询、分类统计,对长江上游滑坡泥石流灾害进行自动化和信息化处理,为科学决策提供依据。
