驻马店市2009年碘缺乏病防治效果评价

摘    要:目的了解以全民食盐加碘为主的碘缺乏病综合防治措施的效果,为今后的防治策略提供科学依据。方法按河南省监测方案规定的方法和要求进行。结果通过对2009年驻马店市9县1区碘缺乏病的监测结果分析发现:①驻马店市9县1区儿童尿碘水平大多数在正常范围内,但有一些县区儿童尿碘水平偏高;②驻马店市9县1区合格碘盐食用率均在90%以上,其中上蔡县和平舆县最高,均为100%,汝南县最低为91.67%;与2007年和2008年比较,2009年的合格碘盐食用率有下降趋势;③健康教育覆盖9县1区,效果良好。结论驻马店市属于碘缺乏病地区,防治效果总体令人满意,但暴露出的非碘盐和不合格碘盐问题也应引起有关部门关注,需进一步加强管理,加大健康教育宣传力度,提高居民的健康保护意识,提高"问题地区"碘盐覆盖率。

Abstract:Objective] To know the effect of comprehensive control measures which is dominated by universal salt iodization on iodine deficiency disorder,provide scientific reference for further strategies of prevention and control.Methods]The study was performed in accordance with the methods and requirements of Henan Monitoring Program.Results]The monitoring results of iodine deficiency disorders in 9 counties and 1 district of Zhumadian in 2009 showed: ① The urinary iodine levels of children in 9 counties and 1 district of Zhumadian mostly ranked in normal range,but that in some counties/districts was slightly higher.② All of the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in 9 counties and 1 district of Zhumadian reached 90%,that in Shangcai County and Pingyu County was the highest(100%),and that in Runan County was the lowest(91.67%).Compared with the consumption rate of qualified iodized salts in 2007 and 2008,that in 2009 showed a downward trend.③Health education in 9 counties and 1 district has a good effect.Conclusion]Zhumadian is iodine deficiency areas,and the control effect is satisfactory.The relevant departments should pay attention to the non-iodized salt and non-qualified iodized salt,strengthen the management,improve the health education,increase the health protection awareness among residents,and enhance the coverage rate of iodine salt in key areas.
