| 摘 要： | 创业板的开设为中小企业提供了新的融资渠道和更好的发展途径,但在众多的拟上市公司中如何提高创业板IPO过会率成为困扰企业的首要难题。针对这样的难题,本文简单分析了拟在创业板上市的公司应重点关注的问题,同时简单分析了公司上市后会面临的风险。

| Abstract: | GEM provides a new opening for SMEs financing channels and the development of better ways, but in many of the company to be listed in how to improve the rate of the GEM IPO will become the primary problem troubled companies. For such problems, this paper proposed a simple analysis of companies listed on GEM should focus on the issue, while a simple analysis of the company after the listing will face risks. |
