| 摘 要： | 随着国家对土地整理项目的大力支持，各地进行大量的土地整理建设。简要介绍了当前土地整理的发展要求及目的，结合四川省广元市苍溪县白桥坝土地整理项目，对农田水利工程的作用效益进行了分析，得出了农田水利工程在农业中的重要作用，并且提出了改善农田水利工程建设的措施。
