造船厂钢板入库作业优化研究

摘    要:分析钢板入库作业流程及堆放原则,建立钢板入库决策模型,以优化堆场空间利用率及电磁吊行驶时间为目标,针对该问题寻优过程的复杂性特征,采用遗传模拟退火算法求解。与传统人工决策方案相比,该优化结果可以提高堆场利用率,缩短入出库作业时间。

Abstract:The processes of the entering operation for the steel plate and the storing regulations were analyzed to establish an optimization model aiming to increase space utilization and minimize crane traveling time. Considering the complexity in optimization process, genetic simulated annealing algorithm was implemented to solve this problem. Compared with traditional manual decision - making program, the proposed algorithm can achieve better performance and optimization effect.
