摘    要:现代思想政治教育的发展,决定了思想政治教育教师活动的方式应从单子式主体向交互式主体发展,活动的本质应从工具性向目的性与工具性的统一发展,活动的功能和价值应从侧重社会功能、社会价值向社会功能与个体功能的统一、社会价值与个体价值的统一发展。思想政治教育教师只有认识并积极适应这种发展,才能不断增强思想政治教育的实效性。

Abstract:The development of modern ideological and political education determines that ideological and political educators should concentrate on the upbringing of interactive subjects rather than mono-subjects,that their practices should be oriented to the unity of both purpose and instrumentality rather than the instrumentality,and that their actions should be aimed at the unify of social functions with individual functions,and the combination of social value with individual value function rather than a stress on only one side.The effectiveness of ideological and political education depends on the extent to which the educators realize and carry out these practices.
