血管内皮生长因子-C在结直肠腺癌中的表达及其意义

目的:研究血管内皮生长因子-C在结直肠癌中的表达,探讨其与淋巴结转移的关系.方法:应用流式细胞学检测80例结直肠癌手术切除标本中VEGF-C的表达.结果:结直肠癌VEGF-C的阳性率为53.8%,与正常粘膜差异有显著性;VEGF-C在淋巴结转移阳性组中的表达与阴性组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);VEGF-C的表达与Dukes分期密切相关(P＜0.05),但与年龄、性别、肿瘤的位置、炎细胞浸润无明显相关.结论:VEGF-C的表达可能参与肿瘤淋巴管生成,与结直肠癌淋巴结转移有一定的相关性.

THE EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR C IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

Objective:To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C in colorectal carcinoma and its relationship with lymph node metastasis.Methods:The expression of VEGF-C protein in colorectal carcinoma tissues obtained from 80 patients who underwent radical resection was detected by FCM.Results:VEGF-C protein was expressed in 53.8% of patients.Its expression was more frequently detected in tumors with lymph node metastasis than in those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and there was significant correlation between its expression and lymphatic invasion, Duke's staging(P<0.05).However,there was no significant correlation between its expression and the age,gender,tumor location,inflammation cell invasion.Conclusion:The expression of VEGF-C is closely related to lymph node metastasis,and it is likely to take part in tumor lymphangiogenesis.
