低温燃烧法合成纳米MgO粉体工艺的研究

摘    要:以硝酸镁、柠檬酸及氨水为原料,用低温燃烧法成功制备了纳米MgO粉体.以推进剂化学为理论依据,得出了硝酸镁与柠檬酸的最佳摩尔配比.考察了前驱体溶液的pH值、加水量、点火温度等工艺参数对反应过程及最终产物的影响.用X-ray衍射(XRD)及透射电镜(TEM)等分析方法对合成的粉体进行了表征.在优选的工艺条件下,获得了晶粒尺寸为9~25 nm的纳米MgO粉体.

Abstract:MgO nanocrystalline powder was prepared by using Mg(NO3)2,citric acid and ammonia via low temperature combustion synthesis.According to thermochemical calculation of propellant chemistry,the optimum molar ration of nitrate to citric acid was obtained.The influences of the precursor solution pH value,the water volume and the heating temperature on the reaction process and the properties of the final product were extensively investigated.Sample characterization was performed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)...
