| 摘 要： | 目的建立牛黄上清片微生物限度检查方法并对其进行验证。方法细菌计数法为培养基稀释法;霉菌、酵母菌计数法为培养基稀释法;大肠埃希菌检查和大肠菌群检查均为常规法。结果五种菌株的回收率均高于70%,且控制菌检查具有专属性。结论该方法消除了样品的抑菌性,可用于该品种的微生物限度检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a microbiological test method for Niuhuang Shangqing Tablets.Methods Culture dilution method was used in bacterium count.Culture dilution method was also used in total combined molds and yeasts count.While normal method was used in test for Escherichia coli and coliform.Results The recoveries were more than 70% and the quality of control germ check was credible.Conclusion It can eliminate the antimicrobial properties,and it can be used for the microbial limit test for Niuhuang Shangqing Tablets. |
