轴系稳定性及油膜失稳发展过程研究

摘    要:本文为简化分析以刚性转子系统为对象,在对滑动轴承动态油膜力工作简化的基础上进行了线性稳定性和非线性振动计算,比较了两者的对数衰减率以及线性失稳转速与非线性油膜失稳起点之间的差别,分析了油膜失稳的发展过程及其导致轴系破坏的原因。指出非线性油膜失稳的转速高于线性失稳转速;转子在轴承线性油膜失稳后,在一定的转速范围内,仍可在极限环上稳定运行;油膜失稳导致轴承破坏的原因主要是由于油膜失稳后位移和动态油膜力

Abstract:This paper calculates linear stability and nonlinear vibration taking rigid-rotor system as object on the basis of simplifying oil-film force of journal bearing,compares their logarithmic damping factors and differences between speed when whirling linearly and starting point of nonlinear oil whirling,and analyzes the process of development of oil whirl and its causes leading to destruction of spindle system.
