| 摘 要： | 目的比较单用西酞普和西酞普兰加乌灵胶囊对老年抑郁障碍的疗效和不良反应。方法84例CCMD-3抑郁发作的老年患者，随机分为两组，分别给予西酞普兰（西药组）、西酞普兰加乌灵胶囊（加中药组）治疗，疗程为6周，并用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和不良反应量表（TESS）进行疗效评定。结果2组疗效比较差异无显著性。加中药组不良反应较西药组轻，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈O．01）。绪论乌灵胶囊能提高老年抑郁障碍患者对西酞普兰的耐受性。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect and side-effect of citalopram and capsule of Wuling in treating senile depression.Methods Eighty-four patients with senile depression conformed to CCMD-3 standard were divided into two groups and treated with citalopram(groupe A),citalopram plus capsule of Wuling(groupe B).Therapeutic effects were evaluated with Hamilton's depressive scale(HAMD) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) after 6 weeks treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effects between the two groups.The adverse reaction in Group B was less than in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Capsule of Wuling can rise the tolerance of patients with senile depression the adverse reaction of citalopram. |
