| 摘 要： | 讨论了神经网络系统应用于气象预报的实现，用VC维方法来寻找合适的网络结构，提出了一种神经网络和遗传算法相结合的天气预报方法，对卫星雷达观测到的气象数据加于处理分析，以期更快更好地得到神经网络系统的最优解。并以上海地区天气预报作为试验，试验结果得到了上海中心气象局有关专家的肯定。
