深井电潜泵排水采气工艺技术研究及应用

摘    要:为满足川渝气田井深、井温高、地层压力系数低、复产后井口压力高、排液量大等特点,开展了深井电潜泵排水采气工艺技术研究,自主研制的电潜泵专用井口装置达到国内领先水平,创新了工艺设计方法和现场施工工艺技术,成功应用于TD90、QX12等井。泵挂深度、连续运转时间均创造了国内电潜泵排水采气新记录。

Abstract:The features of deep wells in Chuanyu gas field were high downhole temperature,low formation pressure coefficient,high WHP and large flow rate after well reproduction.In order to enhance these wells ’ gas production,the research on drainage gas recovery technology by electrical submersible pump(ESP) was developed,the ESP special wellhead device has achieved the domestic leading level,technological design and operation were optimized.This technology was successfully applied in many wells such as TD90 and QX12.The pump depth andcontinuous running time of ESP have obtained best result in China.
